The mission of the California Indian Museum and Cultural Center is to educate the public about the history, cultures and contemporary lives of California Indians and to honor their contributions to civilization.

We are creating an issues-based, multi-media museum that tells the stories of California Indians--past, present and future--from a Native perspective.
